Upper Hutt College was a three year project comprising of new two story insulated concrete tilt panel constructed buildings along with refurbishment of existing buildings and site works.
The project was completed in stages to enable works to be completed within a fully operational school. This enabled the staff & pupils to vacate current areas and move into the new & refurbished buildings as they were completed
