We take a proactive approach to safety and have a dedicated Health and Safety Manager, Andre Laird, to ensure that all facets of the MCL Construction Health & Safety policies are filtered correctly throughout the company. We adopt health, safety and welfare as a fundamental business objective.
MCL Construction Ltd are currently in their fourth year at Tertiary Level in the ACC WSMP Health and Safety Management Systems Programme. The Audit Standards align with AS/NZS 4801:2001, the joint Australia/New Zealand Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
In addition MCL are Site Wise Green (prequalification system) accredited and Site Safe with 5 years plus status. All employees are trained with a Site Safe passport.
